Azure Villas 8 Private Luxury Villas in St Julian’s, Malta

Azure Villas is LJ Projects’ most exclusive upcoming development, a private collection of just eight luxury villas in St Julian’s, one of Malta’s most vibrant and sought-after coastal towns. Each villa is designed as a standalone residence with its own swimming pool, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and stunning sea views.

Combining contemporary architecture with LJ Projects’ trademark attention to detail, Azure Villas offers a lifestyle experience unlike anything else on the island, moments from St Julian’s dining, entertainment and seafront promenade. Full details, plans and pricing will be announced soon, register your interest today to be among the first to know.

A New Luxury Villa Project in Malta

New villa projects in Malta are rare: most new-build supply on the island is apartments, and detached homes with private pools in a central coastal location seldom come to market. Azure Villas is a limited collection of eight private villas in St Julian’s, each with its own swimming pool and sea views, designed and built by LJ Projects and sold direct from the developer, with no agent in between.
