Since joining LJ Projects in June 2025, Luc has been responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating every phase from demolition and excavation through construction and the final finishing stages. He works closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain the highest levels of workmanship throughout.

With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as a sales agent, combined with previous hands-on experience in construction projects, Luc brings a well-rounded perspective that bridges both the commercial and technical aspects of property development. His expertise includes project planning, contractor coordination, client relations, quality control, compliance, and the day-to-day management of complex developments.
